That is why we have improved our marketing support, creating a dedicated collection, reinforced by our first-ever consumer brochure and presenter case; The Worksurface Collection. 


Our diary planning and logistics team use their expertise to co-ordinate booking for 50+ teams nationwide. At PWS, we offer a choice of service options, whether it be a full Template & Install service or a Supply Only service; the team will schedule or deliver your order to fit with your timetable and our installation lead times.


Our CAD programmers utilize industry specific stone software, that allows us to create detailed production drawings from customer supplied templates whether physical or digital, once approved and released to manufacture our CAM team try and achieve the best usage of the slab prior to processing, therefore minimizing the waste and eliminating defects within the material ensuring nothing but the best is used. The software also gives us the opportunity of matching joints or positioning book match effect between slabs. Once the nesting is complete this would then be sent for customer approval to ensure we deliver “ultimate customer satisfaction


At PWS, our goods-in department are 100% totally quality driven, ensuring that all materials delivered and loaded into production meet our very high AQL quality standards. We set our own internal bar very high, with quality expectations more strenuous than the current European quality standards; Nothing less than perfect will make the cut. This ensures we deliver a finished product that fully meets customer expectations and ensures customer satisfaction.


Our fabrication methods are nothing less than cutting edge and manned by some of the best in the business, with the option to process either in our state of art robotic fed CNC department, or the option of tighter nesting. Intricate cutting can also be carried out on our precision waterjet. Either of these options ensures high quality machining, where dimensional accuracy is paramount to our strict manufacturing tolerances.


The hand finishing team strive for nothing less than perfection, utilising the best wet polishing equipment on the market and ensuring all processed workpieces are thoroughly checked and up to our exceptionally high standards. We then apply the last finishing touches every PWS worktop deserves.

Whether it be a fabricated built-up island, or a mere upstand, everything get’s nothing less than a five star finishing touch.


Although we set the highest internal Quality standards at each stage of the manufacturing process, our Internal Quality Assurance Team are the final stage of the production chain, carrying out visual and dimensional quality inspection checks on every workpiece provided. Nothing less than perfection is acceptable to ensure we deliver customer delight. Once approved, cleaned, sealed, and protected, loaded jobs are held to await customer collection, or are distributed nationally via our hub network.
