When placing orders for painted doors please be aware of the following:
1.
Orders for painted door ranges must be placed by fax or e:mail only. There is currently no facility to place orders for painted products via tradeZone or orderXpress. Upon receipt of each order by PWS you will receive an itemised order acknowledgement.
2.
Due to the bespoke nature of the painted product, it is not possible to cancel or amend orders once placed. Additions to an order will be processed as a new order.
3.
Orders for painted product will be despatched upon completion of the full order. No part orders will be despatched
4.
PWS cannot accept the return of surplus painted product.
5.
Although we strive to maintain consistency, as a painted product there will be batch to batch variances. PWS cannot guarantee an exact colour match between orders
6.
Painted product is susceptible to cracking along joints. Touch-up paints are available to order.
7.
The paint colours depicted in our marketing materials are indictive of the colours of the painted product. Paint colours do vary batch to batch and substrate to substrate.

Orders placed by noon on Thursday of week one will be delivered by Wednesday of week four.
